Hero Housing Finance has appointed Paramjit Singh Nayyar as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Nayyar will be responsible for HR function with the mandate to attract, engage and retain the best talent for the company.
Most recently, Nayyar was CHRO at Bharti AXA General Insurance. Prior to this, he worked with Bharti Airtel as Head – HR (Vice President), India & South Asia – Core Functions. His other stints include Global CHRO at VLCC Healthcare, CHRO at Apollo Munich, among others.
Nayyar is an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Jiwaji University. He started his career with Aditya Birla Group in 2000.
